I feel fortunate to have met Erin while working with Future Chefs, a great non-profit culinary program that helps fund and transition low socioeconomic kids from high school to culinary school programs or post-high school careers. Erin & I have had a lot of fun working together, but getting the chance to just hang out & relax a bit off the clock was a nice change of pace. We started at the Marina in Quincy, and then headed to the beach. They even brought their puppy, Winnie, along for the ride! We had a lot of fun – and *just* missed the thunderstorm that rolled in minutes after we finished. Thanks for introducing us to “the Q”, Erin & Chris! We’ll definitely have to head back there sometime soon to enjoy the summer view of the Boston skyline. Can’t wait for their wedding in September!
